I promised in last month’s article that I would write about individual oils and so I would like to start with my personal favourite, Lavender.
The oil is extracted from the flowering tips of the evergreen shrub. It is cultivated in Southern Europe and in countries as far apart as Australia and United Kingdom (mainly Norfolk).
