December 2009: It is almost Christmas and maybe even some time to relax and contemplate so I ask you to ponder on this offering as we move to 2010.

Times, they are a changing!
2010 – 2012 is a major time of change. Many people are not aware that this change will affect everyone. We are all intrinsically linked. This change is about awareness to the vibration and frequency here on earth, and how we work with this in our daily lives.  Have you noticed how life seems to have speeded up and communications are better and more efficient? Science has helped, but also this has been helped by the energy changes. (eg Internet technologies.)

The earth within our solar system is coming to an ‘end of a time’. It is the end of the first recorded 26,000 year cycle. It is a complete zodiacal solar cycle. The end of this first cycle was foretold by the Mayans, and possibly the ancient Egyptians and known about by the Minoans.  Their calendars all started recording at the same time around 3100BC.   This time is also known as the ‘Awakening’, a time that takes each of us, beyond our boundaries of beliefs, to a time of knowing and understanding. As one of my tutors told me many years ago, ‘A time of great growing, of G-knowing!’

This is a time for sharing knowledge and to recognize the real truth of ‘who’ we really are, a time to recognise our true tasks.  It is a time of learning to balance and harmonise ourselves, our relationships, and most important how we view the Earth.

Knowledge will surface that has been hidden for many eons. This knowledge will help each of us to recognize how we fit into this picture. This information from the past we need to take with us for the future. This is a time of remembering, of great healing and compassion, of understanding and sharing, the hidden truths that abound.

Keeping an open mind is readiness for the future and what it holds.  Expect the unexpected and enjoy the coincidences.  We all realize that coincidences are meant to be; serendipity.  Accept with humbleness, grace and love.  Help others who need encouragement, and above all TRUST in what is unfolding as the changes happen – so “go with the flow.”  Most of all enjoy the adventure. We did ask to be here on Earth at this time!

Hope to see you all at the Heart and Soul Expo in May.  Sophia:  December 2009.

eftA-Z of therapies
Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT)

EFT was developed by Gary Craig in conjunction with  the work of a psychologist called Dr Roger Callahan and is described as ‘a universal aid to healing. The doorway to the new Healing Highrise’
EFT is based on the premise that ‘the cause of all negative emotion is a disruption in the body’s energy system.’

So what happens?
It is truly simple. There is a system of tapping on meridian points on the face and chest along with some words and only takes minutes to perform. ‘Yes, I was skeptical but I have had wonderful results personally and with clients. With clients I get them started and then they manage the process themselves.
