I was lucky enough to see the “Dark Knight” Batman movie at the IMAX in London towards the end of last year. Although i enjoyed the film, the Imax scenes were amazing (even if it was a teeny weeny bit too long and a tad too violent), the best part for me was the Movie trailer that came on before the film.

It was for a film called “Watchmen”, directed by Zack Snyder, the same guy who made the movie 300.
It ‘looks’ amazing, whether its any good or not remains to be seen. If you like your comic book heroes a lá X-men its a must see.
Its not out until June, but if you live in Northern Cyprus you can probably get a dodgy copy from your local DVD shop already!

All i can say is try and resist the temptation and wait til it hits a big screen near you. I don’t think it will have the same impact if the DVD version you watch has shakey camera work and the sound of popcorn being rustled in Stereo.
Better still book a cheap flight here and watch it at the Imax in London.
