 The Fez - Catalkoy
Situated in the beautiful quiet village of Catalkoy,
(5 mins from a a choice of sandy beaches), it was hard to know which category to put the Fez in on our guide.
Firstly Its a pub/bar They have an open fire, a pool table and all the sports tv you need.
They hold regular pub quizzes (in English of course!) and stage live music. The Fez also serve pub grub, so technically its a restaurant too.
In addition to all this, the Fez has 12 rooms
(6 twins & 6 doubles) available for B&B or room only from April to October all with en-suite bathrooms, airconditioning, wireless internet access, and terraces overlooking the mature gardens and pool area.
6 of the rooms have satellite tv.
There is also a 2 bedroom apartment available all year round (self catering) with all the mod-cons.
The Fez is a great place to visit for any of the above reasons and is only 15 minutes away from the Korineum Golf club (see here ) and 10 minutes from central Girne.

winter opening times are Mon-Thurs 4pm-late. Friday 3pm-late. Saturday 10am-late.
