Why do some property developers in Northern Cyprus have a bad reputation?

The majority of developers in Northern Cyprus have a good reputation for quality
builds and for offering good value for money. There are only a minority of developers
that have created a bad reputation, for either not being able to finish their sites and/or
poor build quality/workmanship. However, Donaghy and Beyler pride ourselves on only
