Do you think property developers have a responsibility to the island to prevent excessive developments and to preserve the islands natural beauty?
Mark’s answer :
The TRNC Government have placed many restrictions with regards to the development of land with a view to protecting the environment. To this end, there are certain areas where building is not permitted, ie, within 200 metres from the waters edge, 50 meters of a ravine or indeed within the ravine itself.
