How flexible can i be with fabrics, sizes of furniture etc?

We mostly make custom furniture, especially corner unit sizes, sofa sets, beds, tables any size you wish can be made.
Fabric choices depend on your budget, you can go for treated fabric with nano technology, stain resistant material, wine – coffee pour anything on the fabric it just slides down and just wipe it out with a tissue paper even, there is no stain at all.
In a set of three and two seater with chair cushions it make a bit of difference in price but not too much. Especially if your property will be rented out, treated fabric would be ideal for the long term profit.
Some of our customers ask for leather sofa sets, we prefer not to use genuine leather in North Cyprus, the climate is different than in the UK, in the summer it can be very hot, and your leather cushions you sit on will make all sticky, and in the winter it would be too cold and uncomfortable to sit on, what we recommend in this case is that the base and the carcass of the sofa made in leatherette material ( usually the colour to be brownish or black ), and make the seat and back cushions in treated fabric to match the colours ( usually neutral colours, milky browns would go ), chair cushions for instance, two in leatherette fabric and four in the same fabric as in sofa cushions to match and this set makes a very stylish look in your lounge.
