Be wary if a seller or buyer is coming from overseas. Many internet scams come from overseas.
Be careful if the buyer is on a "trip" overseas and must conduct business from abroad.
Never pay any money to any 'buyer' as an advance to release funds. As soon as you do, the buyer will disapear.
This trick has been going for a long time online but people still fall for it.
Most of all, if you have any doubts whatsoever don't do it!
